The shuttle to Foxwoods is a huge plus, very convenient. The room was clean but the walls are thin; I could hear everything next door.

I got locked out multiple times, and the staff didn’t seem to care. Plus, the meals I was promised weren't available, and the place felt noisy and unwelcoming. Definitely not returning!

Great location near Foxwoods and convenient parking. Check-in was smooth, but my room was old and dusty. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I faced issues with the TV and the poorly functioning keycards. Dining options were misleading; the hotel dining room was closed, leaving me scrambling for food. Internet service was a nightmare, with no cellular reception. Friendly staff, but a lack of communication regarding amenities was frustrating. Despite the comfort of the beds, the overall experience left something to be desired.

We had a nice stay! The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Loved the early check-in, and the staff was really friendly. There’s a cool waterfall outside, which was a nice touch. Just wished the AC worked better in the hallways and I could've used a microwave in the room.

My friends and I had a blast hitting up both casinos nearby - Mohegan Sun was LIT with games and good vibes! The free shuttle made it easy peasy.
Wish they had a cool themed nightclub on site for some late-night fun! .

Brandon at the front desk deserves commendation. We needed a handicap room, and he went above and beyond to accommodate us. He personally checked the room, adjusted the AC, and made our arrival smoother. The location is convenient, with a shuttle to the casino. Rates are competitive, though the resort fee feels misplaced for a property that doesn’t offer resort-like amenities. Beds are uncomfortable and the shower stall is cramped. But the shower pressure is impressive. Housekeeping didn’t service our room during our stay, which was disappointing. There were issues with the key card and limited power outlets. Potential for improvement exists. The staff was generally pleasant. I hope they prioritize consistency in service moving forward.

It was convenient to have this available to quickly touch up our outfits for a night out. The room's heating and air conditioning worked well, allowing us to adjust the temperature to our liking. we did notice that the carpeted floor could use a deep cleaning as it seemed a bit worn. We were happy to find tea and coffee facilities in the room, but we did experience some inconsistency with the supply of coffee in the mornings, having to request additional supplies from the lobby each day. The mini-bar in the room was a nice touch, but unfortunately, the refrigerator froze everything we placed inside, which was a bit inconvenient. The free toiletries provided in the bathroom were of good quality, and we appreciated the attention to detail in offering them. The lack of counter space in the bathroom was a downside, making it difficult to organize our toiletries efficiently. We enjoyed the room service options available, but we were disappointed by the limited hours of the on-site restaurant and the lounge not being open during our stay. The availability of car hire and housekeeping services was convenient, but we did encounter some issues with the Wi-Fi being slow and spotty throughout our stay. the Bellissimo had potential with its amenities and services, but there were areas that needed improvement, such as room maintenance, breakfast quality, and staff communication. A more consistent supply of coffee, better room cleanliness, and addressing the issues with the mini-bar would enhance the guest experience. Despite these drawbacks, the location was convenient for our plans to visit nearby attractions.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable ambiance. I loved the whirlpool tub, perfect for unwinding before and after our concert. in room 256, the bed near the bathroom needs a new mattress, as it squeaked noticeably. The temperature control was adequate, making it cozy. While the staff were friendly and attentive, noise from upstairs was disruptive throughout the night. The pool was disappointingly cold, despite being advertised as heated. breakfast should be complimentary, given the room price. the room had great features but had some areas needing attention.

After an unforgettable time at the nearby casinos Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods, our family found a cozy retreat at the hotel. The complimentary shuttle to the gaming spots made it super convenient, delighting both the adults and the little ones.
For dads, it would be great to have a dedicated kids' play area.

It's more affordable to stay on the outskirts of the area and drive the 30 minutes to explore the coast. the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, allowing me to sleep like a rock. the A/C was quiet and perfect, providing a relaxing atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the coffee station, and the staff members were very kind when making the fun coffees. the hotel is conveniently located only 15 minutes from Mystic and Foxwoods, offering a great option over the overpriced Mystic area hotels.

I chose the Trademark for its close proximity to the many wineries in the area, such as Jonathan Edwards Vineyards. The on-site restaurant, bar, and spa pleasantly surprised me. The cooked-to-order breakfasts with the freshest ingredients were a delightful start to my days in North Stonington.

Had a fun weekend getaway at this hotel near Foxwoods. The pool and restaurant were open for us to enjoy, making our stay convenient. The staff on Thursday was super friendly and helpful, adding to our positive experience.
The hotel's condition was disappointing, with dim lighting, worn-out amenities, and misleading website photos. The spa room lacked comfort and proper facilities.

so easy to hop over to the Rhode Island shore! and the place is spotless. we were surprised how comfy and well-equipped the rooms were. the staff really mean no messing around with smoking or noise. plus, the convenience of having breakfast right there is great!

The Bellissimo Grande Hotel in North Stonington truly stood out during my solo trip. The beautiful lobby and homey feel of the room made for a delightful stay. The comfortable bed and in-room jacuzzi tub added an extra touch of relaxation. The attentive staff provided excellent service, especially at the Bistro and spa. The hotel's location near Foxwoods casino was convenient, and the free shuttle service was a winner. a wonderful experience compared to other hotels on this trip.
Miscommunication regarding the availability of an extra bed/cot and the additional fee per person added were the only downsides to an otherwise enjoyable stay.

I loved the convenient location just 5 minutes from Foxwoods. The spacious room with high ceilings and a comfy king-sized bed made me wish I could stay longer. The cleanliness and the spa were impressive. Unfortunately, the noise from adjoining rooms was a drawback. I'd recommend this hotel.
